Windows Phone 7 is here!

Windows Phone 7 is the latest mobile operating system from Microsoft.

I’ve had my hands on Windows mobile OS’s from version 5 and could say version 6.5 is the best. Again, it requires to be running a high end device or the response time will be “just ok”.

Microsoft identified this and has primarily worked on performance and response time for the new OS “Windows Phone 7”.  There is a significant improvement in the touch screen accelaration too.

Undoubtedly, this OS will have a major impact in mobile market. More details and demo can be found here.

Windows mobile emulator has always been a great tool for getting used with the new features an OS got to offer and for troubleshooting issue’s too. For people who have never worked on mobile emulator, there is a great step by step article be Ethan McConnell on MSExchangeTeam which taught me “how to”. Check it out here.

If you wanna test this OS, grab it here.

My first impression of Windows Phone 7 -“awesome”. Especially improvements in Outlook. 🙂

Microsoft isn’t any stranger to having companions galore within the telephone enterprise, but its lineup of manufacturers for the upcoming, surprisingly promising Windows Phone 7 launch isn’t any less impressive. After plenty of rumoring, Microsoft has confirmed that Dell and HTC might be making Home windows Telephone 7 phones, in addition to ASUS, LG, and Samsung who had already been confirmed. All of those companies ought to have their stamp on hardware by the top of the yr, with the launch of the OS nonetheless vaguely slated for the “holidays” We now have no doubt that every one 5 manufacturers can build some compelling, attractive hardware, however we’re notably enthused to see Dell really stepping into the sport after the impressive Streak and that drool worthy leak a short while back. read more at http://www.wp7forum.com followers group.
