Thanks for the article and well explained, Just need your input in cross forest public folder migration, Where some of the users Mailbox has been migrated to Exchange 2013 will they able to access the Public folder resides in Exchange 2007 Cross forest.

Thanks for your quick response,We have migrated one user from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013 “Cross forest” who is having Public folder access in Exchange 2007,but after migrating the user he is not getting the Public folder view in his MS Outlook 2010,Could you please help me in the steps which involved in public folder migration for the users in cross forest.

Sorry I missed cross forest.
For cross forest it is not possible. Sorry again.
You need to give 2007 PFs URL so when ever this user needs PF access then user needs to login to 2007 PF URLs

I think this tool can do the cross forest PF migration. Test before using in Prod.
