Exchange 2016 – Book a room for more than 6 months
One the configuration that you may need to do in your organization for the room mailbox is the maximum number of days for the reservation.
The default value is 180 days but you can change it when you need using the command “Set-CalendarProcessing” using parameter “BookingWindowInDays”
For example: “Set-CalendarProcessing -Identity ” Conference Room” -BookingWindowInDays 200″
The valid input is an integer from 0 through 1080. The default value is 180 days. The value 0 means today.
