Recently Microsoft started a top supported solution blog where we can find the solutions for most of the Microsoft technologies.

Hi Prabhat,
I am facing some problem with exchange 2013. I have 3 CAS Server and 3 mialbox server. 1st installed cas and mailbox servers is working perfectly. user mailbox’s resides in 2nd and 3rd mailbox servers unable to connect through 2nd and 3rd CAS servers. if i moved the user mailbox to 1st server , then user able to connect.

Looks like CAS url is not configured properly.
Configure the same external url to all CAS server.
