I need some serious help. I was installing the exchange 2013 SP1 on a 2012R2 server. It failed 1/2 way through. I called my supposed hired gurus and they did worse than I did. They deleted the Default Web Site, and proceeded to mess my installation up to the point that I can’t see straight.
I managed to recreate all the virtual directories, except the ecp directory. I can’t get it to remove, so I can recreate it.
I have been up 24 hours working on this and I can’t go much further. I can be reached at my other work email since I can’t get Exchange running.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

@Brian,
Sorry to here about the issue.
I can recommend the below solution but take the backup of your Exchange (databases) and AD (systemstate)
1. Backup Exchange databases
2. Uninstall IIS then restart the server.
3. Install IIS and restart the server.
4. Reinstall Exchange 2013 and restart the server.
