Exchange: December 2015 Updates Released
Microsoft released Exchange updates for the last 2015 quarter on December 15 2015 and MS Exchange Team explained here.
The following updates were released.
Exchange2016: None. This is the time to prepare yourself because Cumulative Update 1 will be added to next Exchange quarterly updates.

Exchange 2010: SP3 RU12
Exchange 2007: SP3 RU18
As always we are recommending to test the updates in the lab before deploying in production.

Cumulative Update 11 does not require schema update but we need to run PrepareAD to update RBAC definitions. So don’t forget to involve your Active Directory team.
Cumulative Update 11 is also including a behavior change in deploying/administering Exchange Server 2013 when it co-exist with Exchange Server 2010 or 2016. Rob Whaley from Microsoft Texas team explained here. Don’t forget to read it.

Exchange 2010 SP3 RU12 Cumulative update release notes can be reviewed here. It is including a DST update so watch out.
Exchange 2013 Cumulative Update 11 and Exchange 2010 SP3 Update Rollup 12 includes a time zone calculation fix to resolve the issue reported in the Microsoft “KB3048372 – Exchange Calendar Items are shifted incorrectly when some Windows DST updates are applied”. Microsoft has encouraged the customers in the impacted time zones to deploy these updates to address the issue identified after deploying DST update KB3039024.

Hybrid Infrastructure needs Exchange 2013 CU 11 or CU10.
