Exchange 2016 – Email Signature from server side
Because of some companies policy you may need to configure a signature template to be used automatically for user’s mails.
That can be configured using transport Rules as following steps:

Open Exchange Admin Center > Mail flow > Rules

Choose add new rule > Apply disclaimers

You should then specify the rule name and the users that the rule should be applied on

Choose Enter text to add the disclaimer that can be considered as a signature

Then you can add the disclaimer using the HTML code

For the all Exchange mailbox variables that you can use “Get-user” Cmdlet
