Exchange 2016 – EMS opening error
One of the issues that you may face during exchange administration is that you can’t open Exchange management shell (EMS) with following error:
First you can check if you can resolve the computer name in the error.
If no issue in name resolution you can check from windows power shell to confirm the issue is related only on local exchange management shell.
Then the issue is related to cached credential and you should clear it as you should open the credential manger and clear the windows credentials.
