From the Stellar Exchange Toolkit user interface click on Stellar Phoenix Mailbox Exchange Recovery to launch the tool:
Select or find the EDB file which you want to recover, once the DB is selected, click on Start to scan:
Next, the option is to perform either scan, here we have Quick Scan and Extensive Scan as below:
By default quick scan option would be used first and it will be successful in most of the cases, if data still appears unrecoverable then extensive scan will be used.
After the scan process completes all mailboxes are listed in a tree-view as below. This provides the full structure or the mailbox (including recoverable items) available. Individual folders and the messages within are listed can be selected. Selecting a message in the list view displays the content of the item in the right hand viewer-pane.
Once we have the data required are found, we can see the number of options available as below:

Save as PST: Allows saving a single mailbox as either a single, or split PST file. This can be accessed by Outlook or significantly into Exchange.

Save as MSG, EML, HTML, RTF or PDF: Allows recovering messages as single files in a standard complaint format.

Export to Exchange mailbox: This option is mainly suitable to dial-tone recovery situations where the users have access to Exchange again using a blank database.

This can be performed at any level with the structure, but for a typical single mailbox recovery simply highlight and right-click the display name of a mailbox, then choose the relevant option.
Once we select the required action, it prompts for the license key.
Online Registration: Once the software is purchasing, a serial number will be sent via email, which is required to register the software. Enter the serial number, which is then verified by a license server and on verification, the software is registered.
Manual Registration: To register the software manually, you will need to generate a PHX_REG.txt file and mail it to support@stellarinfo.com. After verification of the serial number and purchase details, the site key, which is required to register the software manually, an email will be sent.
Note: If the software is downloaded from http://www.stellarinfo.com/email-tools/exchange-toolkit.php (i.e., ESD version), it must be registered using Serial Number (received through email after purchasing the product) to use all the features of the software.

Stellar Mailbox Extractor for Exchange Server:
In Mailbox Extractor product rather than extract data from corrupted or dismountable Exchange databases, Mailbox Extractor works with clean EDB files or connects directly to the Exchange environment.
